Andy Ferguson
Andy began his career in Estate Agency and Financial Services in 1999, bringing over 26 years of experience in property sales, lettings, investment, development consultancy, mortgages, and financial services.
His expertise has been shaped by time spent in the corporate sector, followed by more than two decades running a successful property investment business and estate agency in the UK, working alongside regional and international partners.
Nick Goldsworthy
Nick began his career in Real Estate Financial Services in the mid-1980s and now brings over 39 years of experience across real estate sales, development consultancy, and mortgages, holding multiple professional qualifications in the field.
Nick built an enviable reputation in the UK real estate sector, providing services to a wide range of clients, from private individuals to major corporations.
John Dicks
John began his career in real estate in 1982 and has been involved in numerous property development and apartment construction projects.
He has also owned and operated businesses across various sectors, including environmental technology, cinema technology, and international business consulting.
A dedicated supporter of both local and global non-governmental organisations (NGOs), John founded and served as Executive Director of the first NGO to operate in Central and Eastern Europe, promoting market economies and civil society in the fall of 1990.
